Basin and Range Makes 2016 Wines from Frozen Grapes

Joe Bernardo and a three-man crew attended to a ten ton harvest from 2016, removed from months of frozen storage after legal issues delayed the opening of Reno’s new 4th Street winery a for the better part of a year. The wines will bear the Basin and Range label, and will be offered next year in the tasting room. Basin and Range will boast a 100 percent Nevada vintage, grown in Douglas County.
